Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share and protect your information — and how we may contact you about GLP-1 resources and relevant offers.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Effective date: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RX Weight Lab (“RX Weight Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit rxweightlab.com (the “Site”), submit a form, respond to one of our advertisements, or communicate with us through email, text message, or a messaging app such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp (together, the “Services”). Please read it carefully. By using the Services or providing us your information, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

RX Weight Lab is an independent consumer research and media business covering GLP-1 medications and the metabolic-health market. We are not a pharmacy, telehealth provider, medical practice, or manufacturer, and we do not provide medical advice.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on our Site, opt in through one of our advertisements or landing pages (including lead forms on Facebook or Instagram), or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, your stated interest or goals (for example, the GLP-1 “path” you select), and any information you include in your messages to us.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we automatically collect certain technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interaction events (clicks, scrolls, form submissions), through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 8.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from advertising and social-media platforms (such as Meta’s Facebook and Instagram) when you respond to our ads or submit a platform lead form, and from analytics and marketing service providers that help us operate the Services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive health records, and we are not a HIPAA-covered entity. Please do not send us medical records or detailed health information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the free reports, guides, and resources you request;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Send you marketing and promotional communications — including educational content and offers we believe are relevant to you — by email, SMS/text message, and messaging apps (Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp), where permitted and where you have provided any legally required consent;
  • Personalize content and offers, and measure how our ads and campaigns perform;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Marketing Communications & Your Consent

When you submit your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about our resources and about relevant offers using the channels below. You can opt out at any time.

Email. We send promotional and informational emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; you can opt out at any time, and we honor requests promptly as required by the CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws.

SMS / text messages. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from RX Weight Lab and its partners at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messaging apps (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp). If you message us, click a “send message” ad, or otherwise opt in on these platforms, you agree that we may contact you through that app with responses, resources, and promotional offers. You can opt out at any time by telling us to stop, blocking the account, or muting the conversation within the app. Your use of these apps is also governed by each platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

Regardless of channel, you may opt out of marketing at any time using the mechanism provided in the message or by contacting us at the address in Section 15. We may still send you non-promotional messages (for example, replies to a direct request).

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as email, SMS, and messaging platforms, hosting, customer-relationship and analytics tools — bound by contract to use it only to provide those services to us.
  • Advertising and measurement platforms. With platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and analytics providers to deliver and measure our advertising, which may involve matching or hashed identifiers as described in Section 6.
  • When you choose to engage an offer. If you click through to a third-party provider or retailer we promote, the information you then submit to that third party is governed by their own privacy policy, not ours.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RX Weight Lab, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Some data-sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state laws. See Section 9 for how to opt out.

6. Facebook, Instagram & Meta Tools

We advertise on and receive leads from Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may use Meta business tools such as the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Custom Audiences, and Lead Ads. These tools help us reach people, deliver relevant ads, and measure results, and may involve sharing hashed identifiers (such as an email or phone number) with Meta for matching and measurement. Your interactions with our Facebook and Instagram pages, ads, and messages are also subject to Meta’s own data policies. You can manage ad preferences within your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site and our messages contain links to third-party websites, telehealth providers, and products. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising (including the Meta Pixel and analytics tools such as Google Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through cookie or consent controls on the Site. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Marketing opt-out. You can opt out of marketing at any time (unsubscribe link in emails, reply STOP to texts, or tell us to stop on a messaging app).

U.S. state privacy rights (including California/CCPA-CPRA). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to know how it is used and shared; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your information for money, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise a right, contact us using Section 15.

EU/UK residents (GDPR). Where applicable, we process your information based on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, or to comply with law. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

We will verify and respond to rights requests as required by applicable law.

10. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, pursue the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Content provided through the Services is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. GLP-1 medications are prescription products; always consult a licensed healthcare provider. We are not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA.

14. International Users & Changes

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to that transfer. We may update this Policy from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
